Vacationing in Kissimmee, Florida offers a unique combination of relaxation and excitement; a feeling we call Perfectly Whelmed™. To raise awareness of this new emotion, we made a fake documentary about a fake travel show whose fake host goes AWOL after experiencing this very real phenomenon.

We didn’t just launch a brand refresh to promote this perfectly balanced destination—we launched an emotion.
“Whelmed” is the feeling of elevated contentment that can only be experienced in Kissimmee due to the city’s perfect combination of relaxing and exciting activities.
We kicked everything off with a film—Finding Whelmed—and then a super Whelming refresh followed with a balanced palette, quirky voice/visual/vibe and assets for days (okay, years).
How do you get engineers and developers to think of Intuit as a tech-forward company on par with the Googles and Amazons of the world?
We did it with a booth at the Grace Hopper tech conference, an animated film, and a social campaign aimed at making Intuit one of the coolest places to work for top tech talent.
